Our Vision

We will regenerate the Greenwich Quay site, delivering new purpose built student accommodation, catering to the growing and thriving Greenwich student population.

New high quality, flexible office use employment floorspace will be provided, replacing the existing, dated office floorspace with something more suited to the needs of modern employment.

New green public realm will be delivered alongside Deptford Creek, with seating areas and new walking routes along the Creek for the whole Greenwich community to enjoy.

Our transformative regeneration of this underutilised site will provide significant benefit to the local community. The development addresses a pronounced need for purpose built student accommodation in Greenwich, freeing up residential properties for local families. The office floorspace will provide jobs for local people and boost the local economy. The enhanced public realm will provide greenery, atmosphere, and sense of place, contributing the character of the local area.

Greenwich Quay will be a bustling hub of community life, contributing to a healthier and happier Greenwich.
