Revised scheme
Thank you to everyone who took part in our first public consultation on our plans for Greenwich Quay in November 2023.
The scheme, for a which planning application has now been submitted to the Royal Borough of Greenwich, has evolved in response to the comments you left with us following the first consultation, and our plans have continued to be reviewed and adjusted following on-going conversations with the Council’s Planning Department.
We are now conducting a second public consultation on our proposals, to gather your views on our revised plans. All comments will then be analysed before we submit adjusted plans to the Royal Borough of Greenwich. The Council will then launch their own statutory consultation, which is separate to our applicant-led second public consultation.

Changes to the scheme
• Reduction in the height of the scheme by two storeys to block A
• Reduction in the width of each block by 5 metres (block B) and 3 metres (block A)
• Increasing the gap between the two blocks to 10m, which is c. 3.5m wider than our initial planning submission
• Reduction in the number of student bedrooms by approximately 60 rooms, almost 10% less than our initial planning submission
Public Consultation
Further the virtual consultation hosted on this website, the team will be hosting a drop-in consultation event at which you can view the proposals, meet the project team and provide your feedback.
